How do I use the ceramic tip? The ceramic tip is designed to act as a mini gua sha for your lips. As you gently glide the curved applicator across your lips, the naturally cooling ceramic helps to soothe and massage the area while distributing the balm evenly.
When is the best time to apply CremeBalm? Anytime your lips need a little extra love! During the day, a light, glossy swipe provides beautiful hydration and comfort. At night, we recommend applying a generous layer as an overnight treatment. As you sleep, the formula softens and lifts away dry, flaky skin so you can gently wipe it away in the morning for a perfectly smooth, refreshed finish.
Does the lip balm have a scent or flavor? Our Fresh Origin Lip Balm features a soft, gentle hint of mint. It is carefully balanced so it is never overpowering—just a perfectly refreshing, subtle scent that feels comfortable for everyday wear.

How do I keep the ceramic applicator clean? Because of the smooth ceramic surface, cleaning is a breeze. We recommend simply wiping the tip with a clean tissue after use before securing the screw-on cap. This keeps your balm pristine and ready for your next application.

Orders & Shipping
How long will it take for my order to arrive? As a small, one-woman business, we work hard to process your orders quickly! Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your package is on its way.
What is your return policy? Because CremeBalm is a personal care product, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any items—even if they are unopened—for hygiene and safety reasons. If you decide the product isn't a perfect fit for you, please feel free to keep or discard it at your convenience. However, your satisfaction is incredibly important to us. If there is an issue with your order or your product arrives damaged, please reach out to us at hello@cremebalm.com within 14 days, and we will be happy to help make it right.
