Return and Refund Policy

Returns & Exchanges Because our products are personal care goods, all sales are final. To maintain our strict hygiene and safety standards for our entire community, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason—even if the item is unused and in its original packaging. We are also unable to issue refunds based on personal preference.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If there is a physical issue with your order, please email us at hello@cremebalm.com within 14 days of receiving your package. To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please include your order number and a clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item.

 

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items All CremeBalm products are classified as personal care goods and cannot be returned. Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period Note: As we currently only ship within [the United States / North America], this section does not apply to our store at this time.

 

Refunds (For Approved Damages/Defects) If you reached out regarding a damaged or incorrect item, we will notify you once we’ve reviewed your photo and inquiry, and let you know if a refund or replacement was approved.

If a refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
