"The packaging itself is distinct. The product is dispensed through the applicator's flat side and rolls onto the lips with the rounded side. The scent is pleasantly minty. The color scheme, graphics, and raised texture on the box were nice, and the unique shape of the box was fun and unexpected. —The balm tube itself is cute and I like the white and blue colors. I love the puppy logo and the “key ingredients” section on the back. —I reallyyyyy love your formula. The scent is perfectly minty without being overpowering. The thickness of the balm is nice because it feels hydrating and smooth without being sticky. I can tell it’s a true wellness balm and not just a thick gloss in a tube. —Something that stood out to me was the longevity of the formula. It lasted on my lips forever! "- First impressions: First of all, sending two balms is super generous. The pupper in their logo is too cute. I don't know that dog, but I wanna pet that dog. The company clearly thought about their packaging with care. I love the Toblerone boxing, lol. After unboxing a ton of square and rectangular product packaging lately, the triangle shape gives a little je ne sais quoi that definitely caught my eye. The box would stand out to me on a store shelf among other lip products immediately. I also love an applicator instead of having to use my fingers -- sensory + hygiene friendly, thanks! I smeared the product on the back of my hand for a photo and the balm has a very delicate pink color that has a nice brightening effect on the lips without actually altering the color. Also, it dried down on my hand like a really nice cream. The mint scent is very mild, which is a plus for those of us with fragrance sensitivities. The balm tastes a little like cardboard. But I had to consciously go out of my way to taste it. The balm doesn't slide around or get in the mouth. - Compared to Tatcha's overnight lip mask it's a much thinner formulation but has the same grip that makes it very comfortable to use as an overnight treatment. I like that it has a brightening aspect to it. - Compared to Lenaige's overnight lip masks, I like that the CremeBalm's product scent doesn't put me in a coma. - Compared to lip balms in general - praise be for no blister packs! Great box. Sweet branding. Great for gifting. Experience: Photo of me in green: happy first time user. Photo of me in taupe: happy to continue user. This product heals my lips every night from the damage of other lip products, sun, dryness, sensitivity, and peeling. It's amazing and soothing. Just the right amount of "menthol" cooling sensation. One tube goes in my evening "wind down" routine bag to be used as a lip mask. The other stays in my purse and is applied as the first step in priming my lips for makeup. I wasn't expecting to find a holy grail lip balm, but this is the best my lips have felt in my entire life. Seriously. As a kid my lips felt so irritated, I'd pick at the skin until it bled. I don't feel like I have to constantly reach for a lip balm because my lips are hydrated and calm. I need to know how I can get my hands on this before these tubes run out. Thank you for the opportunity to test this product. Edit: I was able to capture before / after photos of damaged lips from wearing lipstick (close up in green shirt/orange nails). The after shows the flakiness is gone overnight (close-up with beige jacket/orange nails). I'm not sure how well the photos capture the flaky skin vs the healed skin because I have wrinkly lips. However, the balm really does take away all the damage from the day before, which is amazing."

"First of all, I really love dogs, and the cute character on the packaging made me want to use this product even more. I’ve tried various types of lip balms, but I always found the jar-style ones inconvenient to use. This product, however, comes in a tube, so I didn't have to worry about getting my hands messy. "I love the unique boxed packaging and that they used paper instead of plastic! Plus the cute cohesive branding with their dog mascot across the packaging was such a thoughtful touch. The product itself was so impressive! I've tried so many products for lip care, from drugstore to luxury brands. Without expectation, I was pleasantly surprised that CremeBalm easily ranks in my top 3 choices! Even if the scent is mint, it does not have a tingly sensation or a strong lingering smell, so I think this would be great even if you are sensitive to scents. The products itself applies on to the lips a bit light but quickly melts into your lips and immediately feels nourishing. I've used it during the day and overnight, and my lips continue to feel supple! No dry flakes at all. Even after eating through the day, I don't feel like I need to reapply for hours. And if I do, it's because I just want to use it more, not because my lips are actually dry! It has lasted at least half the day and still feeling a bit tacky from leftover product, but could easily go a whole work day without needing to reapply. I also appreciate the transparency in their ingredient list on their packaging and website as well. For a new lip product, and one made in Korea where a lot of skincare enthusiasts are looking towards now, I'm super impressed and have already been telling my family about this! "This lip balm was amazing. My lips were quite chapped and once I put it on, within a few hours the dead skin came off. By the next day my lips felt very hydrated.
